Robyn S. Transport, CPA

Managing Director

Robyn has been with TAG since its founding in 1983, becoming a Managing Director in 1989. She serves as the senior TAG advisor to a number of prominent families. With a dedicated team, Robyn oversees and implements her clients’ comprehensive financial and estate planning affairs. After graduating from University of Buffalo in 1979, she began her career at Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young) where she had significant responsibility in the areas of tax research and compliance. Robyn is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. In both 2015 and 2016, Robyn was named by Private Asset Management magazine as one of the "50 most influential women in private wealth management."

Clara Wong

Managing Director

Clara came to TAG in 1986 from the International Tax Division of Price Waterhouse where she handled the accounts of high net worth executives of large domestic and international corporations; in some cases Americans stationed abroad, in others, foreign nationals living in the United States. In her capacity as a Managing Director, Client Services at TAG, Clara is responsible for coordinating and supervising a specialized team of CPA's, attorneys, portfolio specialists and bookkeepers who handle the philanthropic, trust, and everyday living financial activities of large multi-generational (sometimes multi-national) client families.

Adam D. Fedechko CPA

Managing Director

BBA-Accounting, Hofstra University School of Business

Adam has over 20 years of experience working with high net worth individuals and their associated entities, including family investment partnerships, trusts, closely held investment corporations, private foundations and family owned business groups. He has deep experience in financial management, tax compliance, gift and estate planning, stock options and real estate transactions. Prior to joining TAG in 1999, Adam worked as a senior tax accountant at a regional New York firm. He is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Martina Weihs-Werner, CPA

Martina joined TAG in May 2014. She has a vast public accounting background with specialization in high net worth individuals, trusts and estates. Throughout her career, Martina has handled all aspects of taxation and wealth preservation planning for high net worth families and their associated entities. She coordinates client services for a number of multigenerational clients and their families. Martina is a member of the Estate Planning Committee of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), the NYSSCPA Trust & Administration Committee, as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She is also a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) � NYC Chapter.

Judith Coan Balsan, CPA

Managing Director

Judith joined TAG in 2002 and has over 25 years of experience, with a specialty in tax planning/compliance and wealth transfer for high net-worth individuals. Among the many services she provides for clients are estate planning, intergenerational planning, tax compliance (including individual and gift tax), and management of family investment partnerships and foundations. Prior to joining TAG, Judith was a tax reviewer with a mid-sized public accounting firm in New York City.

Pierre Faraguna, CPA

Pierre Faraguna joined TAG, as a Director of Family Office services, in 2012. He has over 10 years of experience working with high net worth clients. Pierre has experience in financial management, wealth transfer and estate planning, controllership, and tax planning. Pierre has over 25 years of experience in the accounting industry. Prior to family office services, he was a controller with KPMG Peat Marwick.
